Brian Keith Patch was charged in Orange County with one count of lewd behavior with a minor and was able to post the forty five thousand dollar bail on May 15th.

According to the prosecution, Brian Keith Patch had sexual intercourse with the unidentified 15 year old girl that knew Brian for a period of three years.
