A twenty three year old woman, Cecil Suwal is accused in being involved in running the Emperors Club VIP escorting service. The now famous prostitution agency is known for their high class girls that charge upwards of $5500 per hour for their company.

Cecil Suwal, a former University of Miami student, began working at the Emperors Club after answering a classifieds add. She later became involved with the club’s owner Mark Brener and they moved in together in New Jersey.

Mark Brener has pled not guilty and Cecil Suwal has pled guilty to the charges.

Investigators are now looking at some of the clubs cash transfers, telephone records and bank records to gather more evidence.
