If you saw my previous post about the millipede in the top 10 species list, there is another one as well — the Central Ranges Taipan or otherwise know as oxyuranus temporalis. This is a snake that is known for being one of the most deadly because of it’s venom.

It’s really neat to hear about these new species that were discovered over the past year or so. There were actually 1000’s of new living things discovered over the year but only 10 made it to the list due to their being either very deadly or just plain cool.
