It’s interesting to see how the internet is changing things as far as publishing and how information is spread out to the world. The Randy Pausch update is a perfect example of this. Randy Pausch, a professor of virtual reality and the interaction of humans and computers, is dying of pancreatic cancer and he has his last lecture online at thelastlecture.com. Over ten million people have already viewed this lecture from the Carnegie Mellon University. Randy Pausch is a proud professor and having his last lecture online is a testimony on his dedication to his profession.

This has also been turned into a book called “The Last Lecture” which goes into his life lessons and childhood dreams.

I won;t go into a lot more on who he is and what he says because his lecture online speaks for itself. However, it sure shows how a person can cope with his own serious issues and turn it into something more positive. If only more people could be like this guy.
